    Hi, Andy , in The Barbell Prescription book pg 263, you showed an example of 3 week wave of 5 3 1 and the repeat weights for 6 4 2 before adding weight. My question is what to do if miss reps in any of cycle?

    Just repeat that weight until you get it for the target amount of reps. But keep trying to go up on the other weeks. That's what will get you unstuck. Same with my 852 programs. If the 5s get stuck, for example, you keep pushing your 8s and your 2s. PRs in those rep ranges will unstick your 5s.
