Angry Why the fuck wasn't my thread approved?
That was a dead serious cry for help. Fuck you guys, then. Get cancer.

It followed a lengthy post with a link to a spreadsheet with a month of nutrition data. Jordan handled it more gracefully than I might have.

It prompted me to write this to express my appreciation for all the people who take the time to moderate the forums and provide so much good information to us. This site has been incredibly valuable to me.
