    I did 125 x 3 okay one set, then 125 x 3 with what I thought was a lot of arm pull, and one side went up faster than the other on the third rep. So I deloaded to 120. Now I'm reviewing the video and it doesn't look so bad. This is my first time recording sets. I think I followed most of the video rules but if not I'll submit my address so you can have me killed.

    The plates set you up a little too low, but you will note that in the sticky on how to pull from the floor, there are no steps that say bend the arms and jerk the bar off the ground. Fixing your pull from the floor will help things upstream. Get the bar a little higher and pull as directed in the sticky. Don't stop at the mid thigh, accelerate through the mid thigh.
