Power clean ques
Hey coach growing up playing high school football my strongest lift was always cleans. Come to find out we performed muscle cleans. I’ve found that I’m much stronger in muscle cleans based on the pace I performed them. If I was to stop after each rep and reset I couldn’t lift the same weight weight for as many reps. Do you think this has any correlation to the power clean? Also when I was performing muscle cleans instead of mentally bringing my hips through I would imagine snapping my lower back to to an upright stance. (Snapping probably brings a cringe but that is just how I describe it) Can I still focus on power cleans with this same mentality or do you think this would affect my form? Thanks in advance
