    Mark,

I have a question about the two factor model. I competed in Stihl Timbersports and other competitive lumberjack tournaments. These competitions are held on weekends through out the summer. I have control over practice time and training time for the most part, bc I can practice the events alone. My question deals with the schedule of practice and training. I am current on LP, and I would like your thoughts on when you would schedule practice times? Such as Monday, Wednesday, Friday lifting days, should I train on rest days, or should I lift in the morning and practice on the evening. I guess asking for your opinion on the ideal schedule for practice and training.

You'll have to experiment with it, since I don't know how hard your practice is. Use the MWF/TThS model and see if you can recover. You'll know you can if your numbers under the bar progress as expected.
