I'm using the Starr rehab method applied to deadlifts for a back injury.
As I progress in the rep range of a particular set, I find myself breathing both at the top and the bottom of the rep. Is this a problem?
I started my rehab at 95 lbs. My injury occurred on the 4th rep at 260; my 1x PR is 290.
