Why did it become a thing?
I started because I hate percentages and I'm trying to figure out a way to regulate and track intensity and volume. I like it because it offers structure and planning to my workouts without using percentages or a program.
A lot of people using it are being programmed by Jordan, and that's how he programs. Mike tuscherer writes about it a lot if you want to learn about it.
Which explains why JM3 was so quick to point out what that site was. Honestly, how would anyone who isn't gay, and doesn't have any homosexual friends, know about that site?
