Squat check - set of 5
I am trying to address knee slide during the entire squat, trying to get my knees before halfway down rather than them driving forward the entire time. I am also trying to stop the hips from shooting up and the squat becoming a good morning.
These felt terrible but looking at the video it is much better than my earlier ones, yet the earlier ones felt better, maybe just because I am not used to using correct form?
