supposed to meet with a coach next week, but until then i'm still on my own programming

push press - 180 x 3 x 2
deadlift - 325 x 3 x 3
was supposed to be 5 sets of 3 for press, but my wrist is a little jacked up and the compression from pushing the bar off my shoulders was almost unbearable

I hope one day I can ride a stone, and not just ride around stoned.
i do wear wraps for support, but they don't help my wrist issue at all
i self-diagnosed myself with de quervain's tenosynovitis using the finkelstein test
i could be wrong, but everything matched up with that diagnosis, and i just haven't taken any time off training to let it heal, nor do i plan to

wide grip snatch high pull under to squat
wide grip snatch standing high pull to overhead
don't remember the weights for anything but the first exercise, but they were almost all under 100lbs, some around 65lbs for the heaviest set of 5
i've never been so smoked with such "light" weights in my entire life
