    Default Squats 250 - brought my stance in

    Third Set

    Over the last two weeks I've been bringing my stance in, not only do I feel stronger, but I feel less strain on my hips which is great. I still have a lot to work on, but these felt good which is all i can ask for. The first rep was no depth, the others seemed close or at parallel.

    So how does my third set look? I probably need to change the camera angle a little bit in the future to get more useful feedback. I also plan on using 2x4's stacked for safeties in the future...I'll make some this week.

    All of these look high when shot directly from behind, but that may be an artifact of the angle. Would need to see something from the rear oblique to say more.

    How do these look, is the angle better? The challenge seems to be the "safety bar" in the way if i wanted to angle it more. These felt really good and the depth seems there for most reps.

    Honestly, I still cannot really tell from here. They might be fine. They might not.
