    Default Squat check

    The things I noticed :

    Left arm relaxing or right arm too stiff, which makes the bar drop slightly to my left side (can see it clearly on the 3rd rep). This happens at very light weight too.

    Have some minor disconfort in my right lower back, not DOMS, more like a tweak. The tweak first occured during work when i droped something heavy a month ago (huge TV like an atlas stone). Not sure if squating is causing more harm than good and preventing the healing. I went on holidays for 10 days after the tweak occured and i didnt train during that time. So i thought it should have been good to go.

    Depth seems lacking slightly but it "feels" right, i seems to get some stretch reflex without relaxing at the bottom.

    All your squats are high and your toes are pointed too far forward. Point your toes out, drive your knees out more. Go deeper. Sets of five, not three. Also, please put your videos on YouTube, not Instagram.
