Hi Mark,
I'm having some trouble with the bar position on my back in the squat. I've read SS:BBT and I am trying to pinch my shoulder blades together, and place the bar just below the spine of my scapular, also focusing on lifting elbows and chest. This position hurts the back of my shoulder/ arm where the bar rests, and the other day I developed a slight purple bruise. What am I doing wrong? The picture below illustrates the approximate location of the bruise.
