    Rip,
    Sorry if this issue turns up on another post. I tried to post it earlier, but was unsuccessful.

    I completely ruptured my pec major tendon from the humerus on Sept. 10, had it reattached on the 19th with steel anchors. Ouch. Anyway, the healing is going quite well, and I attribute it to CF all the way.

    My question is, do you have any good light strengthening protocols for this injury? My pt has zero experience with this injury, as it is quite rare. I'm am aware of the need to allow for complete reattachment to the bone, but my ROM is back and I can even do pvc passthroughs with little discomfort.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I have no experience with it at all, As he said, it's pretty uncommon. Seems like the bench press would be the best way because it is so finely scalable.
