Barbell shrugs
Question on proper shrug technique: BBT says they start from the pins of a power rack. However, does this mean to first squeeze the weight off the pins slowly at the very start, and then rapidly accelerate the bar? Or, rather, that one should aim to accelerate the bar right from the pins?
(Not integrating them at this stage in training program, but can't hurt to learn points on correct form anyway).

They start slowly and then accelerate.
