I couldnt finish my squat sets at 325lbs for the first time today, going 5/4(or 5? i was too tired I didnt count...)/1(felt like a 1 RM so I cut short the set). Im posting the last rep/set at my absolute tired worst to see if there are any form errors to correct before I do my 1st 10% deload. My cameraman wasnt there during my previous sets unfortunately.

Is the time/weight where I would need to deload for the 1st time about right? My body stats are:

    242 lbs
    6.1 ft

Narrow your stance about 2 inches. Can't really tell depth from this angle, you maybe an inch high. Next time have your camera man get a side angle of your squat. Low 300's maybe where you need to switch to a more intermediate or advanced novice program. Everyone differs on when the LP runs out of gas.

Hey sorry for the late video... the videos from the last workout didnt turn out good at all.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyR76XscZO4 at 225lbs(light day).

I decided to just go for the deload and Adv Novice progression on my squat..which would be a good chance to recover and work on any form issues I think.

I think thats a good plan. I'd like to see a bit more hip drive but overall these look very good.
