SS is not a routine, it is a program. YNDTP.
So tell me what you guys think of this routine. I added some assistance exercises. Chinups are a constant because I'm getting stuck and I alternate shrugs and weighted dips. The dips were added to help my weak bench.

Lose the chinups, dips and shrugs. With SS you progress better with less work, not more.
