Hi Coach. I've been following your program for about 9 months and now my
squat is stuck at 340lb 3x5 for about two weeks. I've resetted about twice
while following the novice routine and I'm wondering if you think I should be
moving on to intermediate routine or do you think I still have room for more
progress at my bodyweight/height?(I'm 5'11 and weigh 195lb)

Nice job on the 340 for 3 x 5. Half the people I train won't stick to the fucking program long enough to hit that weight.
