    Default Golfer's elbow

    Coach and/or board. Wondering if anybody has experience with or advise for "golfer's elbow" (not from golfing but lifting)?

    Aching pain on the inside of my left elbow where the small bone protrudes. Shooting pain down the top of my forearm towards my wrists when lowering to the bottom position in the press (I think my wrists are getting behind my elbow). Same pain when lowering my power clean. (No pain lifting the weights up)

    My initial plan is to train around it by getting some bumper plates so I can drop the PC instead of lowering it to my legs which causes the shooting forearm pain and for the press, I was planing on switching to dumbell presses for a while or resetting with a lower weight and focus on keeping my elbows under my wrists.

    Making good progress on SS. Injuries suck. Any thoughts/advise would be greatly appreciated.
