hey friends. i think i have a littel strengh problem.
( i do not train for all most 2 month elbow injury from arm wrestling)
i am 27 years old wight 80 kilogram ( most muscels) 169 santimiter high.
i know the barbell traning for the last year but i am traning all most on and of my all life.
squat 125 kg
deadlift 140 kg
over head press 72.5 kg
power clean 70. kg
bench press 120 kg
all for 5 raps
but somthing is wrong... i do not fill strong enugh in day time!
like in arm wrestling or grappling or in any functional day missions i am not so strong compare to other pepole that do not work out. dfinitely i am not a weak person but also not legendary powerfull.
what shuld i do???
