Latigo's leaning out journal
I want to take the next 3 months and lean out - hoping to drop at least 10 - 15 lbs of body fat.
Using the formula posted in another thread of 15 * bw is maintenance.
Dropping 30% so 15 * 130=1950-30%(585)=1365 cals/day.
pro =1 to 1.2g * 130 = 130 to 156g/day
carbs = 100 to 150 g/day
the rest in fat g's.
Is this do able?! Or should I only drop by 20%
My training is going to be loosely - Leigh Peele's H.E.L.L.
I welcome any suggestions or criticism.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "doable". With or without losing some muscle/strength is one question, I suppose.
Formulas are nice, just be aware that they are only a starting point and not very exact predictors of your maintenance level calories. This also tends to drop in a strict diet.
