You aren't leaning over at your hips quite enough on some of the reps. You also have some reps where you knees slide forward in the bottom (instead of keeping your hips back). Both are minor here, but they are things that can mess you up at heavy weights. They should be correctable without a reset (film all your warm-up sets and adjust set by set), but if the muscle pull is aggravating you, you may need to reset a bit because of that.
