Squat form, feeling in hams/glutes/adductors.
I come to relise how to squat with a low bar now. All this time i been squatting low bar, but my torso always been vertical, people tend to think that im squatting with high bar, im sorry. I never felt any hams/glutes/adduct stretch at all.
Now i come across to learn how to lean forward to allow my ass way back, now i can able to feel my adductors, it feel so right. I think i am on the right track. This is like starting all over again . The bar is now going up vertical, so happy! but still more room to improve.
Im trying to keep my chest up, as im at the bottom, my chest flex and abit lower back round= hamstring flexibility issue!! hopefully over time this will stretch while squatting more.
I wish i got this down earlier.

You seem to definitely be on the right track. Just focus on keeping a big chest. I would go a bit deeper, but thats just me and I'm weird like that. Solid squats all around. Now hurry up and get some more weight on that bar!
