Deadlift Advice
Heyy, I'm Andy.... Just looking for some genuine advice on my deadlift as getting advice form people who know more than you is the only way to learn. My form on my deadlift is my achilles heel and I would appreciate some input.
The weight I'm lifting light does not actually feel heavy although my back is rounded. My hips shots up and I do not know how to rectify this. I'm going to lower the weight, set my back and keep my chest up. Like I said and input would be appreciated, thanks.
