Press only Programming
Hi Andy, any thoughts on press only programming (no bench) for an early intermediate? Do you think Bill Starr's 3x3-6 + 10x1 backoff works well when done 2-3 times a week, maybe with one dip workout in between? Would you use press starts?

I think Press twice a week and keep one heavy bench day in the middle. Never done the starts, Starrs program sounds fine
