coach development camps

Good morning,

Aspiring Starting Strength Coach here. Does one have to have the SSC certification to attend a coach development camp on a particular movement (squat, deadlift, etc.)?

Aiming at attending the SS seminar strictly as a participant in May...and then entering the Coaching Prep Program online and with a local mentor.

The Coaching Development Camps are intended to develop coaches -- thus, the name of the product. How much sense would it make if we were to only allow people who were already coaches to attend a camp intended to develop coaches? Everybody is welcome, including SSCs.
