I dont feel like my PC will progress much past 150# which I am currently working back up to. I do have a bit of fear of the lift due to having a bad right knee, most likely an mcl tear.
I do enjoy them and do not want to quit so what I have been doing is adding extra reps vs. going up in weight. Today I did 125#, 3, 3, 3, 3, 7.
What does intermediate programming look like in the PC? I would almost prefer something with more reps and less weight, but still slowly progess the weight just maybe once or once every other week.

Ah yes... My inclination was work ar higher rep ranges. But this is not the case. I should do doubles and then down to singles. This makes much more sense, remembering back to hurting my wrist once. I believe it was on the third rep of one of the later sets when my form broke down.
Time to get back into the books!
