Hi all! Hoping to get some feedback on my squats. Doing my heaviest weight 200 lbs. A couple of these i know i lost form rounding the back a bit. I also was having trouble keeping my wrists straight, they keep extending back.http://youtu.be/9L40EqXktJc

Here's a view from the back on my second set. I'm sorry this came out really bad, was not used to filming from the back and did not capture my entire body, next time will be better. Only got a couple squats before failing. http://youtu.be/4_4hee1GBTE

The weight is too heavy for you right now. You are descending too quickly and collapsing at the bottom. Deload, stay tighter, and don't let everything go at the bottom in hopes of bouncing upwards. In the meantime, review the sticky on filming form checks.
