    Default Wrist injury

Hi Coach. I injured a tendon or ligament in my wrist about 3 weeks ago. For the first 2 weeks I did nothing but rest it and the condition didn't get any better. For the last week, I've been working it out with your rehab program in mind.

My question is: what exercises would you recommend to target the injury and with what weight? I've been doing light deadlifts, overhead presses, bicep curls, and forearm curls... all with a barbell.

Your rehab stuff is okay, add some chins. But have you had the wrist adjusted? This sometimes works, and a chiropractor can do it.

No, I haven't, but I'll look into it. Should I be working it everyday even if it doesn't feel like it's fully recovered?

    Thx coach.

Work it as hard as you can stand. But get it adjusted as quick as you can just in case it helps.
