Sciatica - GONE!
Hi Coach,
I started squatting and deadlifting a few months ago with Crossfit. I then came along your Starting Strength program through the Crossfit program.
I've only just started, and started light, but really like the program and now love lifting.
The BIG side effect, though, is that my sciatica has gone! Physios, doctors etc... couldn't do anything, and actually made it worse sometimes. Squats and deads have fixed it.

We hear this all the time, often enough that I'm surprised that the British Public Health Service has not begun sending me money. Glad we could help anyway. the trip to the UK is planned, but will be a while.
