    Hey Rip, I've always stuck to conventional, sumo, and RDL's in my training, but I thought today I'd try out some other versions. Appreciate you taking a look.

    page 209 :Haltings work ...specific to the first part of the pull ...., before the back angle begins to change. ....
    In the video the only thing that changes is the back angle.

    Yep, you're right. I looked at it tired. He needs to push the floor more and stay out over the bar longer.

    I can assure you that my knees are extending, though the sweats may make it a bit hard to see.

    I'll give it another go considering Rip's advice and post it in a day or two.
