    Hello. I recently started anew and reached 2 plate squat for the first time today. I was wondering if my form is OK and whether I'm squatting too high. I hope the angle is alright.

    Having read the sticky, you would realize that a rear oblique, not a front oblique, is the right default angle for a squat video. Also, you should not have to step backwards to rack the bar. Turn around and squat more safely. Your squats are a bit troubled. Go deeper. Get your chin down. Way down. Drive your butt up instead of lifting your chest. Buy and read Starting Strength in its entirety.
