    Hi coach,

    This is my first form check.

    All the reps look a bit high to me, I'd really appreciate some advice for getting these deeper without relaxing at the bottom?

    Read the sticky about filming and posting form checks before your next post.

    Yes, all your reps are high, which can be seen despite the parts of the rack interfering with the view. Get a better shot with less interference next time.

    Lean over more / reach your butt back immediately upon your descent, don't slow the weight down so much - control it, but stop expending so much energy slowing it down - and go deeper, to just below parallel. When coming back up, shove your HIPS up to stand up tall, don't try to lift your chest.
