    Your clean suffers from a big early arm bend. In fact, you share a number of form issues with this fellow:

    That thread has some good info in it that can help you. You don't really come to full extension, but by the time you get close, you have already rowed the bar up to your waist, which robs you of power.

    Widen your grip. Fix your pull off the floor as noted in the sticky at the top of this forum. Keep your arms nice and straight and let the jump off the floor produce the force to make the bar leap on to your shoulders. Fix your gaze on the floor 15 or 20 feet ahead.

    I have short arms, so I wonder how wide my grip should be. I'll practice with an empty bar this week.

    About a hand width wider than the deads is a good place to start.
