    Default Deadlift form check

    Weight = 145kg x 1 x 5
    Age = 20
    Height = 6ft 5.5

    My issue with my last form check was that my hips rise really early which still seems to be an issue. The cues that I'm using are "push the floor away with my feet" and "squeeze the chest up".

    Any thoughts/criticisms/suggestions?

    When your knees touch the bar, do not move your hips when you squeeze your chest up. If you watch the video, you can see that when you set your back, you drop your hips a little and push the bar forward slightly.

    Push your knees away from each other a bit before setting your back.
    When you set your back, try to point your dick to the wall behind you.
    Squeeze your chest up more.
