    That about sums it up.

I suck at them and it pisses me off. If I make the smallest mistake my hips hurt, I never know if my depth is sufficient and everyone else squats more than me.

    So fuck you, squats.

    Sincerely,
    Haggit

There are several posted, none of which are of much use. Any time I have the opportunity to film them (recently anyways) I do so with out the intention of having a "formal" form check but rather for me to watch in between sets to correct something if I see it happen. So it is usually from a particular angle that sucks.

The squats don't care how you feel about them, as long as you obey.

I feel the same way about the overhead press. They kill my back if I'm not careful and I just generally suck at them.

Press is a dirty lil bitch. I had start using a belt early with them so I wouldn't hyper extend (that may or may not be what you have going on?)

For a depth reference get yourself a box to squat to. I did it for a while during alternating warm-up sets to make sure i wasn't getting too much depth creep. i thought it worked well, though you have to be a little careful not to slam your butt into it as that would do bad things to your backbone.

Anytime I call them a ginger I feel like I'm stealing your lines (even though that's exactly what they are and I do enjoy your description of power cleans too)

This is an amazing idea.... I'll have to stack bumbers though. Our boxes are too high
