This video is of my working set, a shameful 90lbs.

This video i made after that with just 65lbs , excuse the sweater and pants, the basement is very cold. Does it look better than the first?

They're both less and 30seconds each. Should i start over with just the bar, or even bodyweight squats?

Narrow your stance by about 4-6 inches.

The angle is terrible for judging depth, but it looks like you are several inches too deep. Cut your depth, keep your knees out, and use the stretch to rebound out of the hole.

    I agree with every observation.

These demonstrate significant knee cave, as well as rocking back onto your heels at the bottom. Get a better angle next time, but move your stance in a bit and see if that helps with the knees. MID-FOOT, wegian, mid-foot (will be easier when there's some weight on the bar).

Thanks for looking at this guys. I'll move my feet in more and keep my knees out and try to not be so vertical. Is going too deep a common problem? For some reason i thought the lower the better, then again i don't KNOW anything. Should i stay at 90lbs again or go up to 95?

Nothing is shameful, everyone has to start somewhere. Good luck and keep working on it!

Too deep is not typically the problem - although it does pop up from time to time. More often the problem is too high. Your combination of too deep, sitting way back on your heels (looks like), knee cave coming out of the bottom, and pretty wide stance should be restricting the weight you can move. If you take the wealth of advice provided above, you'll probably find when you try 95lbs with good form it'll feel much lighter. As Adam points out above - a little more weight might actually make a mid-foot weight path easier to feel/achieve. A bit like how a squat with no bar will be pretty different from a squat with a loaded bar due to the difference in center of mass and lack of something pushing you down into a stretch.
