    Bend over more right away.

    Drive your hips up, not back to get out of the bottom. If you can't fix it just thinking about getting your hips up, think "knees stay" as you drive your hips.

    You should get a belt.

    You need to work on getting your grip narrower, but that's going to take time it looks like.
