Goals
200 lb press by April.
300 lb power clean & press by next April.
300 lb bench press by April.
400 lb bench press by next April.
500 lb deadlift by April.
600 lb deadlift by next April.
75 kilo snatch by April.
125 kilo clean and jerk by April.
Body weight C&J - This will be an interesting goal.

Woops. I meant 85 kilos.
I am still trying to figure out the starting position, which I feel might inhibit some progress.

*To motivate my strength gains, I am having a mini-powerlifting meet with my two friends who are about at my strength gains. I am doing doubles on the bench to maintain that tightness and to get a better feel for where my max is. Next week will be 230x2 for 5 or 6 sets.

SnatchVolume - 115X1z15 - My pulls were awesome. i think I have it figured out. Now I just have to focus on my catch and recovery.
SquatHeavySingles - 375x1x4 - I was going for six singles, but that didn't go too well. On the fifth single, the bar rolled higher up on my back, which caused me to have to grind it out. My spotter on the left side is quite ill-informed about lifting. He lifted the bar up during my rep, which caused me to fail. Needless to say, I am not happy.
