Hi,
My current competition numbers are 200kg in the Squat, 110kg on the Bench, 210kg on the Deadlift.
Using 85% of my max I can do 2-3 reps in the Squat and Deadlift, but I can do 6 reps in the Bench Press.
How should I program around these differences?
I am asking that because while a 5x5@75% is challenging (maybe too much) in the Squat and Deadlift, it would be just a light Bench Press workout.
You might be better at grinding on bench than deadlift and squat.
