Squat check follow-up - 112 kg
Hi coaches,
A follow-up on this form check: Squat check 109,5 kg - do I need a shim?
I wanted to try to fix my squat, before going to a doctor to check for a possible LLD. So I followed Steve Hill's advice and I've deloaded, corrected my stance and focused on keeping my knees out. This is the third set of fives at 112 kg (247 lbs). Am I heading in the right way? Thanks for any pointers, as always, they are greatly appreciated!

Very tough to tell from the video provided. A shot directly from the front is generally the least useful angle to choose. You may be shifting off a little to your left, but I cannot see what your hips are doing. I would need to see something directly from behind, preferably with you taking up more of the frame.
