The bar in the squat looked high to me. Check out Rips newest video for placement advice. I think your feet are too far apart, too.

I don't know anything about Pendlay Rows, so I've no basis for comments. That being said, you're probably better off just deadlifting at this stage of your lifting career.

Your shoulders are a little to far forward of the bar, in large part because your butt should be a little bit lower. This should also help you in getting your lower back into extension.

    Your rows suck, too slow.

This type of row needs to be EXPLOSIVE, bang the bar into your chest, and NEVER let your chest drop. It can go UP, thats fine, but never down to meet the bar.

Its probably best you leave out rows till you are good at deadlifting and pull ups, etc.

Squats- looks like you're making a conscious effort to lock out your knees, possibly because you're feet are too wide.
Rows- starting position is good but again locking out your knees half way up the movement. As above explode from the bottom and keep your hips (really your whole body) tight and in place.
Deadlifts- feel for you with those plates. Best I could advise is let the bar come to rest then address the bar again, don't move the bar back into position.

It does look like the bar is too high. Check out the sticky on how to video squats. A better video would be of great use.
