Today was my last heavy intensity day before an upcoming meet, and it will be my first one. I'm planning a 405 squat on my second attempt.

    Is my depth good here?

Looks fine, but you should really stop letting your ass drift back out of the hole, and start driving it straight up.

Training to Joe Satriani adds 20 pounds to your squat, you know.

A little -- you waited until you were higher in the drive before you let your ass drop back. Stay off your heels, and keep your weight on the mid-foot.

Sheesh, what a simple cue. Thanks! This was my first time squatting in wraps too. I think I'll do my volume work in them tomorrow to continue to get used to them.
