Hey Jordan, was pondering something and wanted to get your thoughts. I suffer from older guy problems of having to get up in the middle of the night and urinate. Sometimes I can get back to sleep without issue, sometimes it takes me a bit. Was wondering if I should be hitting the BCAAs those times when I'm up a bit to further gainz?
hmm, what about taking them just before bed? Assuming it's more than 90 minutes since last eating, would this help, or am I just wasting BCAAs? I need every bit of recovery help I can get!
