    Hi Coaches,

I attended the seminar at WFAC a couple of months ago. The two main issues I had with my squats were dropping to the bottom too fast and getting on my toes.

Since then I worked on my form and got my squat up to 210x3x5 and unfortunately injured my low-back pretty bad about 6 weeks ago, keeping me from training. That was the first time I ever had any issues with my low back. About two weeks ago I felt good enough to start squatting again, but by then I had to move out and only did 2 sessions. I believe that if the low-back injury/pain was not caused by squatting with new form issues (maybe overextension?), then it was certainly aggravated by it.

This was my last session and last set with 175, as well as my first time ever wearing a belt (which helped immensely with the pain). (and I also got myself proper shoes since moving).

Nothing I see in this video would appear to aggravate your back. Your knees drift forward throughout the entire descent and then pull back slightly on the ascent. Keep shoving your knees out hard.
