Starting Strength accessory work
Hi Coach. I am currently on kethnaab's version of your program, which is the same w/ some accessory work included (I'm currently adding 3x8 of hyperextensions, 2x8 of bicep curls on Fridays, and some situps). Also I started the program w/o any of the work until I felt it would benefit. Is this accessory work recommended by you personally?
Lastly, I was wondering if it would be possible to add any forearm work to the program. Mine are extremely tiny, the circumference of my arm right below my wrist is only 5.5 inches, which looks smaller than most skinny girls'. I am well aware that I should not screw with this program, which is why I'd like to ask you before doing anything different. Thanks in advance.
