- When asking for programming advice, we actually do need your age, weight, height, any diagnosed medical issues, current program, and lifts (both current and history) - at the very least.
- Don't be a dick. Seriously.
- Don't ask a question if you're not willing to accept the answer that you're doing something wrong.
