I was wondering how my numbers look
    I am 45yo 5'7" 173lb
I have been doing the SS since
8-4-08 yeah just started, though have been reading the book since July

    here's my progress

    first workout SS 8/4/08
    Workout A
    squat 130lb
    BP 135lb
    deadlift 215

    workout B 8/6/08
    squat 145
    Mil. press 90
    power clean 90
    ---------------------

    8/13/08 my last workout A
    Squat 195
    Bench press 165
    deadlift 245

I had to skip yesterday but today it's workout B
How am I doing so far..?? I feel my bench is lagging and so is my squat .

I had no issues with squats until the last workout when I felt a sharp pain
in my upper inner thigh "Adductor" maybe??
I felt it only on my way up? and only with the heaviest lift of 195lb when going ATG and less pronounced if I squat to parallel or less, if I back the weight to 185lb the pain goes away .... I still finished my working set at 195lb going ATG

You've been a very good boy so far (despite the fact that you're slow reader), but I don't recall advising anybody to squat ATG. In fact, I specifically advise against using ATG as the sole criterion for a proper squat. Use your search function to investigate this already-dealt-with question.

You're right .. it's just a bad habit I picked up prior to starting the SS
I am not going atg anymore, I promise .. today I pushed my deadlift to 255lb which I am happy but I had to take 10lb off both bench and squat (just below parallel:-)
I did not sleep much last night and I felt like shit all day ..
And now off to bed to read about the reset . I think I might need one soon.

    ps

I am not a slow reader, I am a bonehead for even mentioning ATG to you LOL

thanks again for taking the time to answer
