I go with Star-Kist select solid light tuna in olive oil. Pop-top makes it really convenient. 28g protein. I have one just about every afternoon.

This is mine, but I'm always open to new ideas (and honestly, I could see myself getting sick of tuna soon). What's yours?

Besides powder, I fry up some eggs quite often. I also try to have leftover grilled chicken breasts in the fridge a lot, just cook way more than you need when you grill it.

Milk. 18 grams per pint. Love the stuff I get half my daily protein requirement from it.

Whatever flavor of cheese is on sale at Ralph's, Albertson's, or Von's. Top two choices are swiss and sharp cheddar.

Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. hard boiled eggs. I buy them cooked and peeled. peeling hard boiled eggs is too tedious.

Also cooking lots of meat in batches and reheating throughout the week. Doing a whole boston butt and having pulled pork all week, etc.

For me, eggs and Fage Greek yogurt. I saw the following chart a few days ago, and think it may be of interest here. It looks like tuna is the grams of protein / calorie winner.

(It showed up too large in preview, and I don't know how to resize it. Y'all just gonna have to click the link.)
