Knees out more. Don't go so deep. You are way too low in that squat. Try and squat above parallel. That will probably get you closer to reasonable depth.
Can I get a form check please, I filmed this so I can check myself, but someone suggested to post here. I feel like when I focus on lifting my butt, my torso becomes too horizontal. I am signing up for a ss seminar but I hope to not develop bad habits before then. I also want to make sure I won't hurt myself as weight is beginning to feel heavy. I will do a better job filming my next session but hope I can get some tips before then. Thank you.

I think this is better, I backed my work set down to 199 to try and work back up and correct form issues.

That is considerably better. Make your stance a little wider. That may clean up the little bit of knee slide that happens at the bottom.
