    Hi,

i got to do squat 110kg 5 reps and then 0 reps (bw 64kg). and 2 days ago it was 110kg for 4/3/3.
i'm tring to understand why this is and if maybe i need to move to the next level(Bill Starr 5x5 ?).

during this week my sleeping and eating was great.
i came to the gym with a lot of energies.
i rest 10-12 minutes before the second set(still the quads were sore and tied)
during the first set my knees come inside(maybe in the last rep it was a little exaggerated)

i dont think the reset will do any good. and i ate a lot and slept a lot..

Have you reset already? If you have several times maybe try advanced novice where your mid week squat weight is 80% of Mondays.

64kg seems very skinny. How tall are you?

    165 cm
I have more to grow that's for sure.
But compare to the squat weight this shouldn't be an issue

4/3/3 is better than 5/0/0. Try yet another 1--2 workouts with 110, and then deload 10% if it does not get better.

If you are stuck the first time, then aforementioned 10% reset should help. Try it.

10-12 minutes rest is too much, IMHO. 4--5 minutes should be enough.

It is an issue because you need to gain a lot more weight to push your squat higher. You don't need more advanced programming, you need more milk and double cheeseburgers.
